Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including visas, passports, and any other required documentation for the countries being visited. All documents must be valid for at least six months or longer. (Note: For participation in the "Brown" line, participants must possess a Schengen visa valid for multiple entries.)

Many attractions in Europe may not be accessible directly by coach and may require some walking. Participants with limited mobility should consider whether this tour is suitable for them, as we cannot offer compensation or refunds for missed attractions. By completing the booking, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the tour operator.

Additionally, please note that individual assistance for wheelchair access on our coaches cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, this itinerary is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Itinerary

Note

Booking within 7 days of departure may incur a single room surcharge difference if no shared room is available. GOEUGO denounces violence and cannot be held responsible for any aggressive behavior during tours or while participants share a twin room  Shared room assignments are randomized; please consider the risk of participant personality and behavior. In the event of disputes, we will not intervene.

Personal Liability

Prior to booking the tour, it is imperative to thoroughly review all terms and conditions outlined in the "Notes on Enrolment".

In the event that participant(s) are delayed or miss their scheduled transportation (e.g., flight, train, bus, etc.), GOEUGO will not assume responsibility nor provide refunds for fees and expenses incurred.

GOEUGO assumes no liability for losses, additional expenses, or distress resulting from delays, illness, inclement weather, labor strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of arrival at the destination. GOEUGO will not be held liable if customers fail to meet this requirement and are denied entry or cause delays for the rest of the tour group. Any financial losses incurred due to inadequate travel documentation are the sole responsibility of the individual.

GOEUGO holds no responsibility if passengers choose to withdraw from the tour before reaching the final disembarkation point.

While every effort is made to adhere to the tour itinerary, changes to accommodations, routing, or the sequence of activities may occasionally be necessary. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for alterations to the itinerary or accommodations.

GOEUGO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or substitute the itinerary, hotels, and/or transportation at any time.

GOEUGO is not liable for any issues arising from room sharing arrangements.

GOEUGO retains the right to remove any individual from the tour if their conduct poses harm or disruption to the welfare of other passengers. Subsequently, GOEUGO shall not be held liable to such individuals.

No refunds will be issued for non-participation in scheduled activities. GOEUGO will not be responsible for nor provide refunds for fees and expenses incurred.

GOEUGO maintains all copyrights for the use and reuse of images and videos captured during tours.

GOEUGO reserves the right to combine tours conducted in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese on the same bus.

Responsibilities

GOEUGO serves as a representative and intermediary for independent suppliers, engaging contractors for coach services, accommodation, and travel-related needs. Consequently, GOEUGO disclaims any responsibility for losses, additional expenses, or distress arising from delays, illness, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors.

Participants are required to conduct their own risk assessments regarding potential loss, injury, or damage to persons or property. GOEUGO bears no liability for loss, injury, accidents, damages, delays, or charges incurred during the tour.

GOEUGO will not be held accountable if a passenger carries unlawful items or faces entry refusal at any country border due to irregularities. Legal assistance and support are solely the participant's responsibility.

Participants are fully responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the tour. Neither the GOEUGO tour manager nor the driver can be held liable or expected to compensate for lost or stolen belongings resulting from theft, loss, or other incidents during the tour.

GOEUGO retains all copyright privileges for using and reusing images and videos captured during tours. If objections arise, participants should communicate them to their tour manager in advance.

Note To Traveller

Boarding

When you step onto the coach, be sure to present your Booking Voucher to the tour manager. GOEUGO cannot accommodate delays caused by individual passengers or groups. A participant's negligence or tardiness could lead to missed connections for other travelers. In case of emergencies, please utilize the emergency contact numbers provided on your Booking Voucher.

Gratuity

Throughout your tour, the tour managers and drivers serve as your hosts, dedicated to enhancing your exploration and maximizing your enjoyment. Their enthusiasm for travel and local expertise greatly enrich your holiday experience. Gratuity should be given directly to the tour manager and driver. We have established a mandatory tipping policy of €10/£10 per passenger per day for the duration of your tour. Please have cash prepared as a gesture of gratitude. Note: For Egypt tours, the gratuity is $15 per person per day.

Tips

Please ensure you have enough cash to cover entrance tickets and refer to the Optional On-Tour Price List for additional expenses such as meals, tips, tourist tax, accommodation tax/entrance fees, and other incidentals not included in the tour price and itinerary. Remember to pack any prescribed medication, motion sickness medication, and personal essentials.

GOEUGO will not assume responsibility if a passenger is found carrying unlawful items or involved in irregularities. Legal assistance and support are solely the responsibility of the participant.

More Detail

Included in your package is a Continental breakfast, featuring coffee, tea, and juice. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense.

Your Tour Leader is available to assist with restaurant reservations or recommendations. If you have any food allergies, please inform our Tour Leader.

Note: While our Tour Leader is happy to assist, your preferences ultimately guide your choices.

Baggage

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Please note that tour fees and gratuity do not cover carry-on baggage services. The driver will only handle baggage placement in the Luggage Compartment. Each participant is allowed one luggage item on board, weighing below 30kg, with dimensions not exceeding 158cm when combined (length, width, and depth). If you bring additional luggage, there will be a charge of €5 per day, subject to space availability.

Note: For G Tour, the maximum baggage allowance for the flight class from Cairo to Aswan is 23kg. If your baggage exceeds this weight, you may store it at the Cairo Hotel, but please avoid leaving valuables.

Wheelchair

We cannot guarantee individual assistance for wheelchair access on our coaches, and many attractions on the itinerary may not be directly accessible by coach. Participants with limited mobility or wheelchair users are advised that this tour may not be suitable for them. Some parts of the tour may require travel on foot.

Your safety is our top priority! Our driver is experienced and professional, ensuring a secure journey. Remember to buckle up with the seat belts provided on the Coach.

Before embarking on your trip, take these simple precautions:

Familiarize yourself with destination information, such as weather and customs. Carry any necessary medication you might need.
Make photocopies of your passport, visa, and insurance details. Leave these copies with trusted relatives or friends.
Protect your valuables by keeping them on your person at all times. Avoid leaving personal belongings unattended to deter potential theft.
Stay vigilant, especially in crowded areas, and keep a close eye on your belongings to prevent any untoward incidents.

Hotel: 

Enjoy a comfortable stay at a 3-star hotel, featuring twin rooms with private bathrooms. Continental breakfast is included, offering a selection of coffee or tea, juice, bread, and jam. Please note that European hotels may not provide complimentary bath toiletries, so remember to bring your own. Additionally, due to the moderate European climate, standard air conditioning may not be available in all hotels.

Transportation: Explore with ease on modern air-conditioned coaches during sightseeing and orientation tours.

Tour Leader: Benefit from the guidance of an English-speaking Tour Leader who is also a bilingual broadcaster.

Exclude

Travel insurance, travel documentation, and visa fees are not included in the tour package. Additionally, optional on-tour activities and entrance tickets to attractions are available at an extra cost (please consult the Optional On-Tour Activities list for details).

A service gratuity for the Tour Manager and Driver is expected at €10 / £10 per passenger per day, payable for both adults and children. Please note that for Egypt tours, the gratuity is $15 per person per day.

International or connecting flight tickets and any excess luggage fees are the responsibility of the passenger.

Meals including lunch, dinner, and beverages and personal expenses such as laundry, internet usage, phone calls, and compensation for losses are not covered.

GOEUGO assumes no liability for the loss of personal belongings or financial losses resulting from accidents, delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tourist tax and accommodation tax are additional expenses  please refer to the Optional On-Tour Activities list for details .

Accommodation before the tour commences and on the last day of the tour are not included.

Single Room Arrangement

There is a single supplement fee of €60 per person/night. However, if a customer agrees to share the room with another tour member of the same gender, we will waive the single supplement fee. Please note that once a final decision has been made, it cannot be amended.

Cancellations

GOEUGO Tour:

When applying, please carefully review the cancellation and refund policy. If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, including medical or personal reasons, the following cancellation/refund charges will apply:

16 days prior to departure – Full refund

15-08 days prior to departure – 50% of the tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancellation

Less than 7 days prior to departure – No refund will be given for rescheduling or cancellation

G Tour: When applying, please carefully review the cancellation and refund policy. If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, including medical or personal reasons, the following cancellation/refund charges will apply:

31 days prior to departure – Full refund

30-16 days prior to departure – 50% of the tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancellation.

 Note: 

For Egypt Tour, after deducting the cost of ferry transportation and air transportation, 50% of the remaining tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancellation.
Less than 15 days prior to departure – No refund will be given for rescheduling or cancellation

Insurance

It is highly advisable to acquire European travel insurance. Please ensure that you have adequate coverage for the duration of your entire trip.
