CANCELLATION POLICY | TERMS & CONDITIONS-:

Seat Cancellation Policy is Given Below:

? If you cancel your seats before 24 Hours or Less Of Departure Then 100% Cancellations Charges Will Be Applicable.

? If you cancel your seats before 48 Hours or Less Of Departure Then 100% Cancellations Charges Will Be Applicable.

? If you cancel your seats before 3 Days or more Of Departure Then 50% Cancellations Charges Will Be Applicable.

? If you cancel your seats before 7 Days or more Of Departure Then 30% Cancellations Charges Will Be Applicable.

? No amount will be refund if any person leaves the trip at any stage due to any reason.

Terms & Conditions:

Please go through the following terms and conditions. To become the part of PTG tours you have to follow our policy.

All Participants will be handed over the policy Document in which each participant should sign before the departure of trip

1 - The members will take care that they are not involved in any character failing activity during Trip.

2 - Participants cannot bring any kind of explosive material or any weapon with them.

3 - Please take care about the other Participants Respect, anyone found guilty in this regard will be immediately dropped from the rest of the trip.

4 - In case of any unwanted weather Conditions, the PTG Management will decide any other possible option.

5 - If due to some political issues or any other 

unwanted situation, trip is cancelled then all participants will be paid back 80% of their dues.

6 - 50 % Deduction on Total amount or Full Initial Deposit, if any one cancel their booking in last Two Days before departure.

7 - For any unwanted situation caused by you, organizers will not be held responsible and will not be held accused in any case.

8 - Keep Special care of your luggage In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.

9- Please bring National Identity Card with you.

Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.

Included:

Luxury Booked Air Conditioned Saloon Coasters/ Toyota Grand Cabin Hiace 3 Breakfasts 3 delicious Dinners (Including 1 BBQ Dinner) Photography Mineral water during meals and travelling Basic first aid and Tour Guidance Accommodation on Sharing Basis four persons per room in Good Rated Hotels Complete Expenses during Travel i.e. Toll and Motorway Taxes etc.

Not includes:

Company cannot and will not provide you following services, these are on your own. Trekking gears (Trekking stick, backpacks or rain coats) Any kind of extra cold drinks, water or Tea (Except Company served Tea) The serious medical condition is on your own as the company will provide basic first aid only. Any personal meal/food order. >> Anything that is not mentioned in services included section.
