Itinerary

Know Before Visit

Kindly ensure that all fields in the booking form are completed accurately. Failure to provide complete or accurate information may result in the termination of your booking without prior notice.

Please provide a valid email address and mobile number for verification purposes.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Failure to make full payment by the specified due date will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

Only book your flight tickets after receiving our "Confirmation".

Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, passports, and other travel documents for the countries they plan to visit. All documents must be valid for at least six months or more. (Note: Participants on the "Brown" line tour must possess a Schengen visa for two or more entries.)

Many attractions in Europe cannot be accessed directly by coaches and may require participants to travel on foot. This tour may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. We regret that we cannot offer compensation or refunds for missed attractions, so please consider carefully before joining the tour. By completing the booking, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the tour operator.

Additionally, our coaches may not be equipped to provide individual assistance for wheelchair access, making the itinerary unsuitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.

Tour

When applying, kindly review the cancellation and refund policy thoroughly. In the event of tour cancellation for any reason, including medical or personal reasons, the following cancellation/refund charges shall apply:

31 days prior to departure: Full Refund

30-16 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancelling

Note: 

For Egypt Tours, after deducting the cost of ferry transportation and air transportation, 50% of the remaining tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancelling.
Less than 15 days prior to departure: NO REFUND will be provided for rescheduling or cancelling.

Personal Liability

Prior to booking the tour, it is essential to thoroughly review all terms and conditions outlined in the "Notes on Enrolment."

In the event that participants are delayed or miss their scheduled transportation such as flights, trains, or buses, GOEUGO will not assume responsibility or provide refunds for any fees or costs incurred.

GOEUGO assumes no liability for losses, additional expenses, or distress resulting from delays, illness, weather conditions, strikes, or any other causes.

Passports must remain valid for a minimum of 6 months from the day of arrival at the destination. GOEUGO will not be held liable if customers fail to meet this requirement and are denied entry or cause delays for the rest of the tour group. Any financial losses resulting from inadequate travel document preparation are the responsibility of the individual.

GOEUGO bears no liability if passengers choose to withdraw from the tour before reaching the final disembarkation point.

While every effort is made to adhere to the tour itinerary, occasional adjustments to accommodations, routing, or itinerary order may be necessary. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for such alterations.

GOEUGO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the itinerary, hotels, and/or transportation at any time.

GOEUGO is not responsible for any issues arising from room sharing arrangements.

GOEUGO retains the right to remove any individual from the tour if their conduct poses harm or disruption to the welfare of other passengers. GOEUGO will not be liable for any subsequent actions or liabilities towards such individuals.

No refunds will be issued for non-participating activities, and GOEUGO will not be responsible for any associated fees or costs.

GOEUGO retains all copyrights for the use and reuse of images and videos captured during tours.

GOEUGO may combine English, Chinese, and Vietnamese speaking tours on the same bus at its discretion.

Responsibilities

GOEUGO operates as a representative and/or middleman for independent suppliers, engaging contractors to deliver coach services, accommodation, and other travel-related services. Consequently, GOEUGO disclaims any liability for losses, additional expenses, or distress arising from delays, illness, weather conditions, strikes, or any other circumstances.

Participants are responsible for conducting their own risk assessments concerning potential loss, injury to persons or property. GOEUGO assumes no responsibility for loss, injury, accidents, damages, delays, or charges incurred during the tour.

GOEUGO will not be held accountable if passengers carry prohibited items or encounter entry refusal at any country border due to irregularities. Legal assistance and support are solely the responsibility of the participant.

Participants bear full responsibility for safeguarding personal belongings throughout the tour. Neither the GOEUGO tour manager nor the driver can be held liable or expected to compensate for lost or stolen personal belongings resulting from theft, loss, or other causes during the tour.

GOEUGO retains all copyright privileges for the use and reuse of images and videos captured during tours. Should you object, kindly inform your tour manager in advance.

Important Notice For Travelers

Boarding

Upon boarding the coach, kindly present your Booking Voucher to the tour manager. GOEUGO cannot accommodate delays caused by individual passengers or groups. A participant's tardiness or negligence may lead to missed connections for fellow travelers. In the event of emergencies, please utilize the emergency contact numbers provided on your Booking Voucher.

Gratuities

During the tour, tour managers and drivers serve as your hosts, aiding you in exploration and maximizing your time. Their enthusiasm for travel and local expertise enhance your holiday experience. Gratuity is directly given to the tour manager and driver. We have instituted a mandatory gratuity of €10 / £10 per passenger per day throughout your tour. Kindly have cash prepared as a gesture of gratitude. Note: Egypt Tour requires $15 per person per day.

Tips

Please ensure you have adequate cash for entrance tickets and refer to the Optional On-Tour Price List for additional expenses. Meals, tips, tourist tax, accommodation fees, and other expenses are not included in the tour price and itinerary. Remember to pack prescribed medication, motion sickness medication, and other personal essentials.

GOEUGO bears no responsibility for passengers carrying unlawful items or irregularities. Legal assistance and support are the sole responsibility of the participant.

While every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary, occasional changes to accommodation, routing, or itinerary order may be necessary. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for alterations to the itinerary or accommodation.

Additional Information

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Please be aware that tour fees and gratuity do not cover baggage handling services. The driver will only assist with loading and unloading luggage into the Luggage Compartment. 

Each participant may bring one piece of luggage on board, weighing below 30kg, with dimensions not exceeding 158cm in total. If a passenger brings more than one piece, additional luggage will be charged at €5 per day, subject to space availability.

Please note: 

For the G tour, the maximum weight allowance for baggage from Cairo to Aswan is 23kg. If the weight limit is exceeded, baggage can be stored at the Cairo Hotel, but valuable items should not be left there.

Wheelchair Access

Individual assistance for wheelchair access on our coaches cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, some attractions on the itinerary may not be directly accessible by coaches, requiring participants to travel on foot. Therefore, this tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Safety

Ensuring your safety remains our utmost concern! Our driver is both seasoned and dedicated to professionalism. All participants are required to utilize the seat belts provided on the Coach.

Prior to departure, let's undertake some simple preparations:

Familiarize yourself with destination details, encompassing weather conditions and cultural norms. If needed, please ensure you have your own medications

Generate photocopies of your passport, visa, and insurance particulars, and entrust these copies to trusted relatives or friends.

Theft is a potential risk anywhere. Always keep your valuables close to you. Never leave personal belongings unattended, thus minimizing opportunities for theft.

Remain vigilant regarding your personal possessions, especially in crowded environments.

Cancellations, Reschedule And Refunds

When applying, kindly review the cancellation and refund policy attentively. In the event of tour cancellation, including for medical or personal reasons, the following charges will apply

16 days prior to departure: Full refund

15-08 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour invoice will be deducted for rescheduling or cancellation

Less than 7 days prior to departure: No refund will be given for rescheduling or cancellation.

Hotel: 

Enjoy comfortable accommodation at a 3-star hotel, featuring twin rooms with private bathrooms.

Indulge in a continental breakfast each morning, including your choice of coffee or tea, juice, bread, and jam. Please note that European hotels may not provide complimentary bath toiletries, so remember to bring your own.

While some hotels may not have standard air conditioning due to the moderate European climate, rest assured you'll have a cozy stay.

Transportation: 

Experience convenient sightseeing and orientation tours aboard modern, air-conditioned coaches.

Tour Leader: 

Your journey will be led by an English-speaking Tour Leader equipped with bilingual broadcasting capabilities.

Exclude

Travel insurance, travel documentation, and visa fees are required.

Participation in on-tour activities and admission to attractions are optional. Please consult the Optional On-Tour Activities list for details.

A service gratuity for the Tour Manager and Driver of €10/£10 per passenger per day is recommended. Please note that for Egypt Tours, the gratuity is $15 per person per day.

International or connecting flight tickets and any excess luggage fees are not included.

Meals  lunch, dinner, and beverages  as well as personal expenses such as laundry, internet usage, phone calls, and compensation for losses are not covered.

GOEUGO assumes no liability for the loss of personal belongings or financial losses resulting from accidents, delays, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tourist taxes and accommodation taxes are additional expenses. Please refer to the Optional On-Tour Activities list for details.

Accommodation before the tour commences and on the last day of the tour are not included.

Meal

Exclusively featuring a Continental breakfast comprising coffee/tea and juice. Lunch and dinner are to be arranged independently.

Our Tour Leader will assist with restaurant reservations or provide recommendations for consideration. If you have any food allergies, kindly inform our Tour Leader as necessary.

Please note: While our Tour Leader is ready to assist, your preferences ultimately guide the decision-making process.

Insurance

It is highly advised to acquire European travel insurance. Please ensure that you have adequate coverage for the duration of your entire trip.
