The hotel is discontinuing the shuttle service provided to La Mer Beach from the month of March, 2019 - September, 2019. Shuttle services to Micato Mall is still provided.

As part of the QE2 s ongoing restoration process, Club rooms and suites on Boat, Sun and Signal Deck will be undergoing a redesign and will be closed to the general public throughout the summer.
The expected reopening is scheduled to late October, early November.
The QE2 is an ongoing restoration programme and there will at times be areas affected by this. However, due to the sheer size of the vessel, restoration work will take place in strategically selected zones which is not likely to affect the Passengers staying on board.
