Please take note of the following:
1. Changing the date will result in a revised price quote.
2. Credit card transactions will incur a 3% charge for VISA and Mastercard, and a 3.5% charge for American Express.
3. The standard check-in time for hotels is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
4. Unless specified in the quotation, the minibar, additional room services, and other extras are not included.
5. SIC tours do not include soft drinks.
6. Topkapi Palace is closed every Tuesday, Dolmabahçe Palace is closed every Monday, and the Grand Bazaar is closed every Sunday.
7. Different packages only vary in hotel accommodations; all other services remain consistent.
8. The package includes all services mentioned in the program, such as pick-up and drop-off,
shows, meals, air tickets, etc.
9. Prices also cover entrance fees for museums, parks, adventure tours, shows, etc.
10. The group will have priority access to museums, parks, shows, etc., without having to wait in ticket lines. Professional English-speaking guides will be provided."
11. Please arrive on time for morning pick-up. Guests should be ready 10 minutes prior to departure, as other guests will join in Sit-in-Coach (SIC) tours.\
12. Private tours can be arranged with flexible timings according to your needs.
13. Boat cruises and ferries are public transportation.
14. Tips for guides and drivers are not included in the package.
15. The suggested tip for guides and drivers is 2 EUR per person.
16. Rates and bookings are not valid in case of force majeure events, such as acts of God, curfews, pandemics, etc.
17. Price quotes can be adjusted if daily tours are removed from the itinerary.
18. Additional dinners, shows, etc., can be arranged upon request for an additional surcharge.
19. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served as an open buffet or a fixed menu.
20. The package/price does not include any COVID coverage.
