Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing and transfer to your hotel according to the confirmed flight schedule. After check-in, enjoy time to rest, exchange or withdraw local currency if needed, and take a short orientation walk around the surrounding area.
Day 2: Beijing City Tour
Discover Beijing's imperial heritage with visits to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the Summer Palace. Explore the historic palace complex, admire the significance of Tiananmen Square, and enjoy the traditional architecture and beautiful landscapes of the Summer Palace. The day balances organised sightseeing with free time for meals, photographs, and independent exploration without making the schedule unnecessarily rushed.
Day 3: Great Wall of China
Experience the magnificent Great Wall of China by visiting the Mutianyu and Badaling sections near Beijing. Admire the impressive fortifications, historic watchtowers, and surrounding mountain scenery while discovering one of China's most celebrated landmarks. The day balances sightseeing with time for meals, photographs, and enjoying the views, with the final route and timing arranged according to the confirmed schedule and local travel conditions.
Day 4: Departure from Beijing
After checking out of your hotel, proceed with your airport transfer according to the confirmed international flight schedule. Allow sufficient time for the journey to the airport and any required departure formalities. Recheck your passport, baggage allowance, and travel documents before leaving the hotel. Any last-minute shopping or short local stop should only be considered if the departure schedule comfortably allows it.

Booking & Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our office.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.
Note: “The quoted per person rate applies when booking for a minimum of 2 travelers.”
Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance is provided where included in the package. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airline tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components are subject to respective supplier terms.
Changes & Amendments
Any request to change travel dates, services, or names must be made in writing within 10 days of booking.
Changes are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Name corrections for airline tickets may not be possible or may incur airline fees.

Any services not mentioned in the itinerary will be considered as excluded, even if discussed verbally.
