Day 1: Arrival at Baku
Arrive in Baku and meet your representative at the airport before transferring to your hotel by private car. After check-in, enjoy some free time for self-exploration and discover the surrounding area at your own pace. This relaxed arrival gives you time to settle in and begin experiencing the atmosphere of Baku.
Day 2: Baku City Tour
After breakfast, begin your Baku sightseeing experience with panoramic city views and an exploration of Bibi-Heybat. Discover the distinctive character of Azerbaijan’s capital while taking in its impressive surroundings and cultural attractions before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: Absheron, Ateshgah & Yanardag Tour
After breakfast, set out for an exciting tour of Absheron, visiting the historic Ateshgah Fire Temple and the remarkable Yanardag fire site. Explore the region’s fascinating heritage and unique natural attractions before returning to your hotel in Baku after a day of discovery.
Day 4: Gabala Day Tour

Booking & Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our office.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.
Note: “The quoted per person rate applies when booking for a minimum of 2 travelers.”
Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance is provided where included in the package. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airline tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components are subject to respective supplier terms.
Changes & Amendments
Any request to change travel dates, services, or names must be made in writing within 10 days of booking.
Changes are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Name corrections for airline tickets may not be possible or may incur airline fees.

Any services not mentioned in the itinerary will be considered as excluded, even if discussed verbally.
