Day 1 - Arrival in Baku

Meet & Greet at the Airport by representative.

Day 2 - Baku City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel
Excursion day (pick-up at 10:00)
Visiting Highland park – enjoying panoramic view to Baku. From there guests see Milli Majlis, Flame Towers building which become an icon of Baku. Using one way funicular to go down or up (1 ticket to funicular is included)
Baku Boulevard – famous with its Ferris Wheel (works only if no wind), small reproduction of Little
Venice (boat ride is included), Carpet museum and long way strolling along the Caspian sea
Old city – Icherisheher – the ancient city with hamams, local mosques, Maiden tower and Shirvanshah’s Palace dated 12th century.
Walking to Nizami Street which also the part of history and oil barons built beautiful buildings along this street.
Also, guests may have shopping time in modern shops.
Heydar Aliyev Centre - the unique building designed by famous architecture Zaha Hadid. Taking picture near “I Love Baku” is very popular among tourists, do not miss to take yours!

Day 3 - Shahdag Mountain Day Tour

Day in Shahdag (pick-up at 09:00, 3 hours way)
Way to Shahdag Mountain resort – here guests may use different types of activities: cable car, Zip Line, Rolling Coaster, buggy cars (All with extra cost except 1 ticket to Shahdag cable car is included)
Spending day in Shahdag till 17:00
Way to Baku (around 3 hours)

Day 4 - Departure to Makkah
Arrival at Jeddah airport
Transfer to Makkah hotel

Relax
Day 5 - Umrah
Wake up early, perform ghusl, wear ihram, make niyyah and recite Talbiyah
Head to Masjid al-Haram before Fajr prayer
Perform Fajr and have a light breakfast nearby
Begin Tawaf (7 rounds around the Kaaba)
Pray 2 Rakats at Maqam Ibrahim
Drink Zamzam water
Perform Sa’i between Safa and Marwah
Complete Tahallul (shaving/trimming hair for men; cutting a fingertip-length of hair for women)
Change out of ihram clothes
Offer Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers at the Haram
Spend free time in reflection or rest
Optional: visit Jabal al-Noor or Cave Hira if time allows

Visit Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and offer prayers

Rest during the day or engage in recitation and dhikr
Offer all five prayers at the Masjid an-Nabawi
Evening stroll around the mosque area and enjoy local food
Day 8 - Visit Religious & Historic Sights
After Fajr prayer, visit Mount Uhud, site of the famous Battle of Uhud
Visit Masjid Quba (first mosque in Islam); reward of praying here equals an Umrah
Visit Masjid Qiblatain (Mosque of Two Qiblas)
Tour Seven Mosques area (Saba Masajid) if time permits
Return to hotel and rest
Spend your last evening in Masjid an-Nabawi for Isha prayer and reflection

Booking & Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our office.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.
Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance is provided where included in the package. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airline tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components are subject to respective supplier terms.
Changes & Amendments
Any request to change travel dates, services, or names must be made in writing within 10 days of booking.
Changes are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Name corrections for airline tickets may not be possible or may incur airline fees.
