If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity, there will be no charge.
However, if you fail to cancel within 24 hours of the activity start time (local time), no refund will be issued. Additionally, if you do not show up for the activity, it will be considered a No-Show and you will be charged 100% of the booking value.
