Our Customer Service Representative will confirm tour pick-up times and guide numbers 12 hours prior to the tour for join tours. Pick-up points for private tours are already outlined in the itinerary.

Our tours are available almost daily. In case of emergencies or cancellations, we'll notify you at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour, offering alternative dates or immediate refunds. You may request private tours in languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, specifying your preference during booking.

How to Use

Please ensure that you arrive at the Hotel Lobby 15 minutes prior to the time indicated on your voucher to commence the activity.

Any tardiness on your part may result in rescheduling for a later available time slot. Failure to comply will lead to automatic cancellation with a 100% charge.

Please be advised that the driver may experience delays of 15 to 45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

You are not required to present a physical voucher; simply display the mobile voucher or booking confirmation to our guide.

Please be aware that activity times may be subject to change due to various factors such as weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.

Cancellation Policy

For Pre-Paid Bookings:

All pre-paid bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Cancelation made before 3 days of the excursion date: No cancellation charges apply.

Cancelation made before 2 days of the excursion date: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

Cancelation made before 1 day of the excursion date: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

In the event of cancellation due to natural circumstances, we will provide the option to reschedule your booking for another date or apply for a full refund.

For bookings with a 20% partial payment:

Please note that the 20% partial payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
