Important Notes:
All jumpers must wear a FULL BODY HARNESS, including leg straps. We are the only bungee facility in Thailand to implement this crucial safety measure.
An additional transfer fee may apply for locations including Jomtien, Na Jomtien, Sattahip, Pratumnak Road, Thapphraya, Thappasit, and Sukhumvit Road. The fee amount may vary.
We offer free pickup from North Pattaya, South Pattaya, Central Pattaya, and Beach Road.

Cancellation

Pre-Paid Booking Cancellation Policy:
For pre-paid bookings, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation more than 3 days before the excursion: No charge.
Cancellation 2 days before the excursion date: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation 1 day before the excursion date: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
In the event of cancellation due to natural issues, we offer the option to reschedule your booking or request a full refund.
Please note: A 20% partial payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Child Policy

Free entry for children under 100 cm
Child tickets apply to those between 100-140 cm in height (ages 2-12)
Children aged 0-2 can join at no cost if they do not require an additional seat
Children aged 3-8 are charged 75% of the tour rate
Children over 8 will be considered adults

You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send your voucher via email.
Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Confirmed automatically when payment is processed through our gateway system.
Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.
Pay Later Booking: Not confirmed until you provide your room number and hotel check-in information.
For join tours, our Customer Service Representative will confirm pick-up times and guide numbers 12 hours before the tour date. For private tours, pick-up points are detailed in the itinerary.

Tours are available almost daily. In case of any changes or cancellations, we will notify you at least 12 hours before the tour. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest an alternative date or provide an immediate refund.
Tours are conducted in English. For private tours, we offer services in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language when booking a private tour.
