Term & Conditions

1- Visa fee and visa related service charges as stipulated at the time ofbooking 

shall be deemednonrefundable.

2- Visa is subject to the decision of the relevant embassy and we don’t take any 

responsibility or liabilityof the embassy’s decision.

3- Any change in fixed departure date; is subject to external factors; i.e change in flight 

schedules, flight routes, security concerns etc and not limited to the stipulated 

reasons; further- more company will notbare any responsibility of change in schedule 

ie departure date; caused due to unforeseen reasons.

4- Meals and transport in relation to all plans are subject to local standards and shall be 

delivered to the best of our understanding; while keeping in line with the budget 

allocation of each plan and companydoesn’t take any responsibility or liability in case 

of collision of the above with personalpreferences.

5- Hotels confirmed at the time of booking are subject to change while staying within 

the same hotelcategory and no objection will be deemed actionable while the 

above has been adhered too.

6- In case of cancellation of bookings against fixed departure group plans; post issuance 

of visa the entireinvoice shall be payable and no refunds would be made.

7- COVID 19 Test is mandatory prior to travel, in case of positive outcome of the 

above, plan shall beamended to next departure date and no refunds will apply
