Voucher
Processes payments on behalf of the operators when you book your ticket. You can pay using a credit or debit card through our secure platform, trusted by millions of customers globally for booking activities, hotels, and flights.You will receive a voucher (or equivalent) via email. Present this voucher to the staff at the attraction's entrance or ticket collection point for scanning. The voucher will include any specific instructions related to your booking.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking online through the navigating to the "My Bookings" section in your account menu.Be sure to review the cancellation policy of your activity before booking, as some operators do not offer refunds for cancellations.
Refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed immediately. However, your bank may take up to 30 business days, or until your next billing cycle, to complete the refund. The amount will be converted to your local currency by your bank.

Booking & Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our office.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.
Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance is provided where included in the package. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airline tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components are subject to respective supplier terms.
Changes & Amendments
Any request to change travel dates, services, or names must be made in writing within 10 days of booking.
Changes are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Name corrections for airline tickets may not be possible or may incur airline fees.

All services included are clearly mentioned in your itinerary.
Any services not mentioned in the itinerary will be considered as excluded, even if discussed verbally.
