Directions
By Car/Cab:
The meeting point is located on Prins Hendrikkade, approximately 6.7 km from the heart of Amsterdam. You can easily access it by car or taxi in just 14-15 minutes.
By Train:
Departing from Amsterdam Centraal, trains to the meeting location run every 3 minutes starting from 3:30 PM. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes.
Know Before You Go for Hop On Hop Off Amsterdam
Children aged 4 and under can join free of charge, while those aged 4-13 will be charged at child rates. Children aged 13 and above will be considered adults.
Please be aware that routes may be subject to change depending on weather conditions or traffic.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited. Violators will be promptly escorted off the premises by staff members.
Confirmation Policy
Upon successful booking, the customer will promptly receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hour.
If the preferred slots are not available, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on the customer's preference. A new confirmation voucher will then be issued and sent via email.
Alternatively, customers have the option to cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed promptly.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 30 days prior to the travel date, a cancellation fee of 25.0% of the total tour cost will apply. For cancellations made 1 to 30 days before the travel date, the cancellation fee will be 100.0% of the total tour cost.
