A confirmation voucher will be emailed to you within 48-72 hours of a successful booking for visa purposes. Final vouchers will be issued 7 days before your travel dates. If the preferred rooms or slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternative hotel or schedule according to your preferences (surcharges may apply) and send you a new confirmation voucher via email.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the travel date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking cost will apply. For cancellations made within 30 days of the travel date, the full booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, some trips or activities may be canceled. In such cases, alternative options will be offered, but a cash refund will not be provided.
Closed Sightseeing due to COVID: If a paid activity is not operational due to unforeseen circumstances, we will process a refund, which should reach you within 30 days of processing. For complementary activities not charged to Thrillophilia or the guest, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities or Weather Conditions: If your package needs to be canceled due to natural calamities or adverse weather, Thrillophilia will strive to provide the maximum possible refund based on the agreement with our trade partners and vendors.
COVID-19 Positive Test: If you test positive for COVID-19, you may reschedule your booking for a later date. Please note that surcharges may apply depending on the season. Please provide your test reports or relevant documents for verification.
Travel Ban for Indians: If there is a travel ban affecting your itinerary, we will offer a change in itinerary or, if possible, reschedule for a later date. Surcharges may apply based on the season.

Day 1 - Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arriving at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. After checking in, you can unwind and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure before spending the night at the hotel.
Day 2 - Transfer to Maasai Mara Half-Day Game Drive
Check out from the hotel and set off on your journey to Maasai Mara. Upon arrival, check in and refresh before embarking on a half-day safari game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve. After the game drive, return to your lodge for an overnight stay.
Day 3 - Full-Day Game Drive at Maasai Mara National Reserve
In the morning, prepare for a full-day game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve, where you'll enjoy stunning wildlife encounters and expansive landscapes. Have a packed lunch during the afternoon and continue exploring the reserve. In the evening, transfer back to your lodge for an overnight stay.
Day 4 - Arrival at Lake Naivasha
Check out from the lodge and transfer to your hotel at Lake Naivasha. After checking in, enjoy the day at your leisure or take a boat ride on the lake. In the evening, return to the lodge for an overnight stay.
Day 5 - Departure Day
Check out from the lodge and transfer to JKIA Airport for your flight home.
