Booking Confirmation:

You'll receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of the booking time. Most bookings are automatically confirmed, and we'll send you the voucher via email.
Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when payment is made through our payment gateway system.
Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.
Pay Later Booking: Bookings where you've chosen to pay later are not confirmed unless you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
Our pick-up time and tour guide numbers will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date (for Join Tours).
For all Private Tours, pick-up points are already specified in our itinerary.

Additional Information:

Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free if they do not occupy an additional seat.
Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour rate.
Children over 8 will be considered adults.
Our tours are available almost every day, and in case of any urgency or cancellation, we'll inform you at least 12 hours before the tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest an alternative day or provide an immediate refund.
This tour is available in English only, but you can request a Private tour in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. Please specify your preferred language when making a private tour booking.
Please wait at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified voucher time to start the activity.
Any lateness on your part may result in reallocation to a later time, subject to availability. Otherwise, it will be auto-canceled with a 100% charge.
The driver may be delayed up to 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
You do not need to show a physical voucher; simply present a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile device to our guide.
Please note that the activity time may be affected by various factors including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters.

Entry Measures into Thailand (effective from 1 June 2022 onwards):

Enter Thailand without quarantine or COVID-19 test upon arrival
Must present a certificate of vaccination or, if unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated, an RT-PCR/Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure
Can enter Thailand via every border checkpoint (for land travel)
Foreign Nationals:

Register on Thailand Pass
Attach documents including passport, certificate of vaccination or, if unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated, RT-PCR/Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure, and proof of medical treatments coverage (minimum coverage 10,000 USD)
Receive Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours
Airlines and Disease Control Officers will check your documents

Cancellation Policy

For all pre-paid bookings, the following cancellation policy will be applied:

Cancellation made before 3 days of the excursion date will incur no charges.

Cancellation made before 2 days of the excursion date will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellation made before 1 day of the excursion date will result in a 100% charge.

In the event of activity cancellation due to natural occurrences, we offer the option to reschedule your booking for another date or apply for a full refund.

For bookings with a 20% partial payment, this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
