AirSial Becomes Pakistan’s Second-Largest Airline

Karachi, September 10, 2026: AirSial has emerged as Pakistan’s second-largest airline by fleet size, following the addition of another Airbus A320 to its fleet, taking the privately owned Pakistani carrier’s total number of aircraft to 12.

The latest aircraft arrived at Karachi International Airport from abroad and is expected to be deployed on both domestic and international routes as AirSial continues to expand its flight network.

The development marks another major milestone for the airline, which was established by the Sialkot business community and has expanded rapidly since beginning commercial operations.

According to the report, AirSial's 12th aircraft is an Airbus A320, which the airline plans to use for both domestic and international flight operations.

AirSial's own fleet information currently identifies the Airbus A320-200 as its principal aircraft type. Its published fleet information lists the aircraft with a capacity of up to 180 passengers.

According to the airline's spokesperson cited in the report, AirSial has reached an agreement with a foreign aviation company involving 19 aircraft, with 18 additional aircraft expected to be added to the fleet.
