At the Islamabad embassy at the time of application, all applicants are informed to submit an amount of PKR 500. In addition, this amount will be due for returning the passports through a courier service.

Documents Required for German Visa Application from Pakistan
In order to get your required German visa 2026 candidates are requested to present the documents exactly in the same order as given below.
For Short-stay visa application form needs to be signed by the applicant. However, in the case of minor parents can sign the application form.
The applicant needs to follow photograph specifications and two recent photographs of the applicant with a white background must be submitted with the application form.
The applicants need to provide the accommodation proof which includes the confirmed hotel reservation. The rent agreement with your name on it and the time period of rental stay with clearly mentioned dates with full valid and authentic address stating the whole trip plan in accordance with reservation is compulsory to provide.
The applicant’s company/employer signed a letter stating salary, employment duration, authentic contact info including phone number and address. The letter should also mention the duration of the visit to the Schengen state or Germany.
The applicants who are students must submit originally signed letter by the university/college/school or any institution in which he/she is currently enrolled.
The supporting documents that are required in order to provide personal income details including the last six months' original bank statements, the National Tax Number Certificate for the previous two years and proof of income tax payment provided by FBR and the salary slips of last three months.
In case if an applicant who is applying for the visa is the owner of a company attach the last six months' original bank statements, National Tax Number Certificate for the previous two years and proof of income tax payment provided by FBR and the salary slips of last three months.
