Germany Visa Application Steps through Consulate

1. Applicants must figure out where they need to apply for a visa. This could be the German embassy/consulate/visa center in Pakistan while applying for a Visa from Germany to Pakistan. 
2. After applying for a visa applicants must appoint an interview that can be appointed online or in person at the German consulate/embassy.

1. At the Islamabad embassy at the time of application, all applicants are informed to submit an amount of PKR 500.  In addition, this amount will be due for returning the passports through a courier service.
2. Applicants will be given pay slip which will be submitted in Standard Chartered Bank, Diplomatic Enclave Branch only. The bank will charge PKR 700 and report the payment to the German Embassy.

Documents Required for German Visa Application from Pakistan

In order to get your required German visa 2024 candidates are requested to present the documents exactly in the same order as given below. 

1. For Short-stay visa application form needs to be signed by the applicant. However, in the case of minor parents can sign the application form.  
2. The applicant needs to follow photograph specifications and two recent photographs of the applicant with a white background must be submitted with the application form. 
3. The applicants need to provide the accommodation proof which includes the confirmed hotel reservation. The rent agreement with your name on it and the time period of rental stay with clearly mentioned dates with full valid and authentic address stating the whole trip plan in accordance with reservation is compulsory to provide. 
4. The applicant’s company/employer signed a letter stating salary, employment duration, authentic contact info including phone number and address. The letter should also mention the duration of the visit to the Schengen state or Germany. 
5. The applicants who are students must submit originally signed letter by the university/college/school or any institution in which he/she is currently enrolled. 
6. The supporting documents that are required in order to provide personal income details including the last six months' original bank statements, the National Tax Number Certificate for the previous two years and proof of income tax payment provided by FBR and the salary slips of last three months. 
7. In case if an applicant who is applying for the visa is the owner of a company attach the last six months' original bank statements, National Tax Number Certificate for the previous two years and proof of income tax payment provided by FBR and the salary slips of last three months. 
8. Must attach a copy of the Germany flight booking.
9. The passport must have at least two empty pages. If you have previous visiting/traveling experience kindly bring previous passports. The previous passport will be attached with application copies on A4 size paper.
10. Photocopy of your national ID card/ CNIC is also required and in case if the applicant has lost any previous passport he must bring the police report stating that the passport has been lost by the candidate. 
11. Due to any reason if the Embassy or High Commission refused to give you a passport kindly attach a written explanation about the reason for the trip and refusal letter.
12. Original and photocopy of Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA.
13. If children under 18 years are traveling with a single parent the written agreement from the other parent is required along with the photocopy of CNIC. 
14. Appointment email confirmation and AMEX slip to return your passport.
15. Security questionnaire.
16. Medical insurance of not less than 30,000 Euros is required in the form of original and copy of a travel policy. However, medical insurance must cover all the hospitalization expenses in case of emergency and deportation. 
17. The list of medical insurance companies in Pakistan is already given agreed by Schengen partners in Islamabad including Adamjee Insurance Company Ltd, Asia Insurance Co Ltd, Askari General Insurance Company Ltd, Atlas Insurance Ltd, Chubb Insurance Pakistan Limited and many more.
